CAT5 Builders was subcontracted by District Construction, under the prime contractor MCN Builds, to deliver a complete design‑build roofing package for the Fire Pump and Pool Equipment buildings. Our team provided full‑scope services, including design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of two custom roof systems.
The project encompassed 2,800 square feet of total roof area, divided between the two structures. Each roof system was supported by CAT5‑fabricated trusses installed atop formed concrete walls provided by others, requiring precise coordination and field alignment.
With efficiency and quality as priorities, CAT5 Builders executed an accelerated schedule:
