CAT5 Builders, LLC is a licensed U.S.V.I. Limited Liability Company established in 2021 by a wife and husband team. Our goal is to design, manufacture, and assist in the local building community to construct low-cost to luxury, disaster-resistant, and sustainable island-style homes and commercial buildings using advanced galvanized steel-based building technology. CAT5 is based in the town of Frederiksted, on the island of St. Croix, U.S.V.I.
